Top Eire Casinos compares online casinos for readers in Ireland. This page sets out what our content is, what it is not, and where its limits are. Please read it together with our terms of use and affiliate disclosure.

Who publishes this site

topeirecasinos.com is published by Dhowmira Online Media FZ-LLC, Building 3, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach the editorial team at [email protected]. We are a publisher, not a gambling operator: we do not take bets, hold player funds or run any game, and no account you open with a casino is opened with us.

Information, not advice

Everything on this site — rankings, reviews, bonus summaries, payment and game guides — is general information written to help you compare. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not take your own circumstances into account. Where a decision has legal or financial consequences for you, such as a dispute over a withdrawal, the tax treatment of a large win or gambling debt, speak to a qualified adviser or to the organisations we name in our guides.

Over 18s only

Gambling is for adults. You must be 18 or older to gamble in Ireland, and every operator we list is entitled to check your age and identity before it pays out. If you are under 18, please leave this site. Parents who want to keep gambling sites away from children can use the filtering tools offered by their broadband provider and device.

Licences and the law in Ireland

Gambling in Ireland is regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024. The Authority has been operational since March 2025 and began issuing remote betting licences on 1 July 2026; licences for online casino gaming are expected to follow in 2027–28. Until then, most online casinos available to Irish players hold licences issued elsewhere — Malta, Alderney, Kahnawake or Curaçao, for example. We print the licence we found on every operator card, but the rules change, and it is your responsibility to make sure that using a particular site is lawful where you are. Our guide on verifying a gambling site’s licence shows how to check it yourself.

Offers and terms change

Welcome bonuses, free spins, wagering requirements, minimum deposits and payment methods are set by the operators, and they can change without notice to us. We write down what the operator published when we checked and print a figure only where we could read it at the source. Before you accept any offer, open the casino’s own terms and conditions: if they differ from what you read here, the operator’s terms apply. A bonus that looks generous can carry a playthrough, a maximum bet or a cashout cap that makes it worth far less than the headline.

Accuracy and corrections

We work from sources we can name: the operator’s licence register entry, its published terms, its cashier and its game lobby. A number without a source is not printed. Even so, mistakes happen and pages go out of date. If you spot something wrong, write to [email protected] with the page address and what you found; we check every report and correct the page if the source supports it. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of information that has since changed.

Links to other websites

Buttons such as “Visit” and links that pass through addresses beginning with /go/ take you to third-party websites. Those sites are run by their owners, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, their availability or how they treat your data and money, and we cannot take responsibility for them. Some of these links are commercial; our affiliate disclosure explains how.

No promise of winnings

Casino games are built so that the house keeps an edge over time. Strategy guides, betting-system explainers and return-to-player figures describe how games work; they cannot make a game profitable in the long run, and nothing on this site should be read as a way to earn money. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and treat what you spend as the price of entertainment.

Tax

Players in Ireland do not normally pay tax on gambling winnings; the operator pays betting duty on stakes. Money that comes from gambling can still matter in other contexts — for example as a gift, an inheritance or in a mortgage application. Our guide to gambling winnings and tax sets out when; for your own situation, ask Revenue or a tax adviser.

If gambling stops being fun

Set a deposit limit before you play, take breaks, and never chase losses. If gambling is affecting your money, your work or the people around you, help is free and confidential:

Every operator we list offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings. Your bank may also offer a gambling block on your card.

Limitation of liability

We publish this site with care, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, Dhowmira Online Media FZ-LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or of any third-party site it links to, including gambling losses, lost bonuses and delayed withdrawals. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish or European consumer law.
