Affiliate Disclosure

Top Eire Casinos is free to read because some of the casinos we list pay us when a reader opens an account with them. This page explains how that works and what it does not change.

The short version

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and sign up with the operator, that operator may pay us a fee or a share of its revenue from your account. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you get is the same as if you had gone to the operator directly.

How to recognise a commercial link

Links to operators pass through addresses that begin with /go/ — the green “Visit” buttons on our tables and the operator names in each card. In the page code they carry the rel="sponsored" attribute, which tells search engines they are commercial. Links to guides, regulators, banks and help organisations are never paid.

What the money does not buy

Commission is not one of the inputs to our rankings. Every operator is placed on the same four checks: the licence and who issued it, the published terms (wagering, maximum bet, cashout caps), the cashier and how long it holds a withdrawal, and which studios are actually live in the lobby. An operator that pays us more does not move up a table, and one that pays nothing is not left out if it passes the checks. We do not sell positions, reviews or favourable wording, and we do not let operators edit what we write about them.

Operators without a deal

Not every casino on this site has a commercial agreement with us. Where we have no deal, the operator still appears if it belongs in the comparison — a list made only of paying partners would not be a comparison.

Why we work this way

Checking a casino properly takes time: we read the licence register entry, the full terms and the cashier rules, and note how long the operator says a withdrawal can sit in “pending”. Affiliate income pays for that work. The alternative — charging readers or running display advertising from gambling brands we have not checked — would serve readers worse.

What the operator learns from the link

When you follow a /go/ link, the operator’s site records that the visit came from us, usually through a reference code in the address. That is how it knows whom to pay if you open an account. We do not receive your name, your contact details, your documents or anything about your payments; the operator shares only totals with us, such as how many accounts were opened through our links and the commission due. How the operator handles your personal data is set out in its own privacy policy, and how we handle ours is in our privacy policy.

Checking a link yourself

If you would rather not use an affiliate link, type the operator’s address into your browser yourself. Nothing on our pages depends on which way you arrive, and the ranking, the licence we printed and the terms we found stay the same either way. The only difference is that we are not paid.

Changes to this page

If the way we earn money changes — a new kind of agreement, or a type of advertising we have not run before — we update this page before the change goes live and say so on the pages it affects.

Bonuses and your own judgement

We print welcome terms only where we could read them at the source, and we put the wagering requirement next to the headline number. Even so, an affiliate link is still a link to a business that wants your deposit. Read the operator’s terms before you accept a bonus, set a deposit limit, and see our disclaimer for the limits of what we publish.
